For me never mattered. E-rewards was not even available to choose in my home country so I had to make up U.K. as my home

and everything has worked so far. Or wait...just emptied my account with transfer to IHG since I am fed up with the increasing dysfunctionalities of the surveys. Waste of time now. It was OK while it lasted.
