My employer uses a corporate travel agency who have their own website for booking, part of it allows you to enter your frequent traveller account details.
If you don't do this the bookings don't pick up your details and you have to get them added at the hotel.
If you set these up the reservations are picked up by the relevant hotel loyalty schemes in advance.
Might be worth checking with the corporate travel agency whether they can do this?
Same here, my employer also uses the corporate travel agency which allows to enter the loyalty program details for hotels, airlines, car rental companies, etc. I was officially told that employees are allowed to earn loyalty points because company doesn't do that. So logically thinking, it should work with Melia too.
