I strongly disagree.. you want bad food and cheap wine go to SFO, SF Regency. I have over 30 years in the food and beverage industry.... I know good food, wine and service when I see it. You base your experience on 1 stay. I base mine on multiple stays over several years.
The front desk upon check in gave me the wrong information. They told me I would be charged for a second guest even tho they were staying with me. When I went up to the club they told me no charge. When I check out no charge for the second guest. So.... the front desk gave me the wrong info.

In the end it was a nice stay, but the food was bland, wines were cheap. When I check out I had no F&B charges on my bill, so I was happy.
