I second this. Except in a few locations where the ES is the best HHonors property in town, I'd prefer a Hilton, Doubletree, or HGI. At properties where breakfast is by voucher/list, it tends to be a bit more civilized, most of the time.

I think my worst ES breakfast experience was at Niagara Falls.
