I'd expect with $200 you will have enough for your AEP taxi, but traffic can be pretty bad so the meter might be ticking as you just sit and sit on 9 de Julio.
Hi Eastbay....those prices donīt include tolls and car parking at the airport, so the price should be around $ 690 pesos (or u$ 45 dollars). Iīve been to Buenos Aires in last September with my family. We booked a private car for us who were carrying 7 bags for 45 dollars from Ezeiza International Airport to downtown, tolls & parking included. The driver spoke perfect english.Ask for Kangoo Tours
