Looking for aisle and middle seat in MCE.

Rows 8, 10, and 13 are open. (Exit rows 11, 12 and 24 are open too but prefer not to sit in exit row; will be extremely tired and don't want to be responsible for emergency duties; will consider if other rows are undesirable though.) Looking for a regular seat with storage below and usual recline. I'm thinking row 10 or 13. Suggestions?
