Submitted a claim earlier today, and wanted to clarify something.
The form confirmed that my claim was submitted, but didn't receive an email confirmation. From previously claims, submitting the form would result in an automated email back with a Guest Assistance number within ten minutes. Is that the norm now? Or is an email supposed to be sent back?
[It is not real bother as I took screenshots and sent an email to the BRG team anyway just in case. However, I thought I'd clarify nonetheless].
Also, the current response time I've had a for a claim this week < 24 hours which is promising!
