Exactly my point if you read my last post. But instead of dining in the terminal having spent thousands attaining gold, why not stop paying for BA tickets altogether and use an alternative company that offer superior products on the ground and in the air.

Edit: to say again I wish BA would invest and upgrade their offering, I find it sad BA has fallen so much relative to the market in recent years, and seem on a downward spiral with current management and strategy.
