He even sent me an email that evening (heck, I even got the contact information for the other people that witnessed the agreement). I would suggest that you send a copy of the email via the United Contact Page that is appropiate for your Status. Complete the same along with a short concise non emotional note requesting the miles that you were promised per the attached email. Good luck and let us know how it turns out..
