Oh that's sad to know. That means I'm all out of lounge options because I'm departing from T2 and will be stuck waiting in the main public area.

The terminals at NAIA are completely separate buildings and the lounges at T1 and T3 are past security checks, so you won't be able to access them at all when departing from T2.
