For what it's worth as a data point, I submitted a BRG claim through the web for the Conrad Centennial Singapore last week using the price from prestigia.com (similar to kkyy above, but for a Deluxe King) and it was accepted about 24 hours later without any additional follow up or screenshots on my part.
