what I have been hearing, they are not planning on joining any alliance....
But apart from code sharing with SA, EK does allow you to credit your EK miles to the SA Voyager program. So now that SA is joining * what happens to that arrangement...
Yet another wrinkle to be ironed out, I guess. I hope it stays because EK is a great way to get to one of my favourite destinations: the Maldives.
Oh, and they do indeed serve wine - of a very good calibre in F and J - although I didn't see any Argentinian
