Irritatingly this fare doesn't show up on ExpertFlyer and even
dutch_122 was unable to grab the details.
The Tohoku fare is valid through to 2018, according to
http://www.ar.jal.com/world/en/visittohoku/.
Also I noticed that you can go as far south as FUK with it, so you could still visit Kyushu off the back of it, e.g., HND-AXT-SPK-SDJ-FUK-HNA seems to be a permitted route.
Also a guy on reddit reported that travel need not be via the point of combination, so maybe something like HND-AXT//SDJ-FUK-HNA//AOJ-HND would be allowed.
