WASHINGTON (ABC7) — With rain istill in the forecast for Inauguration Day the National Park Service decided to make a change to their "no umbrella policy."
'Totes' style umbrellas that collapse will be allowed on the parade route and the National Mall for the day, but "long, non-collapsible umbrellas" will still be prohibited.
