Your biggest issue will be if the PAL Express plane is late, which depending on where it's coming from, ranges from probably to almost certainly. If it's a small prop plane you are coming in on I would be sweating bullets about making that connection, and would fly earlier or on the previous day. Otherwise 2:20 is plenty of time in T3
I'm coming from Caticlan on a A320. The flight has been changed from the small turbo prop plane to the A320, so I suspect the flight time will be shorted.
How long do bags usual take, and is it easy enough to transfer from arrival T3 to depatures T3?
