Apologies, I have just had a Pal Express flight time moved and want some advice.
Pal Express Flight arrives at 15.20 Terminal 3, and I am departing on an Emirates flight also terminal 3, at 17.40.
I am assuming I will collect bags and then make my way to departures in terminal 3.

Your biggest issue will be if the PAL Express plane is late, which depending on where it's coming from, ranges from probably to almost certainly. If it's a small prop plane you are coming in on I would be sweating bullets about making that connection, and would fly earlier or on the previous day. Otherwise 2:20 is plenty of time in T3
