I had 60 Q credits expiring a few days later. used online request facility to upgrade 2 of us on BKK - DOH sector to F on way back . 16 hours later confirmation from Priv club that award upgrade had been processed and accepted. Great service and result considering I was going to lose the credits a few days later.
