Yes, g8trgr8t, I think you're confused as to what some people have "5" of.

There are two different loopholes currently for the Cit 24-month language.

One loophole is that link, which is very new (just a few weeks old). But the other loophole is snail mail (not electronic) targeted offers (aka "mailers").

Some people in the Citi AA Plat thread have been getting those targeted physical mailers (and successfully applying through them) repeatedly over the course of the past year, and are up to 5 on those. (Up until recently, the names between who got the mailer and who applying through it didn't even have to match, but lately Citi seems to have tightened down on name matching.)

No one is yet up to anywhere near 5 solely on the relatively-new untargeted link.
