Of course they still let you change routing via SDC also. (Frequently book LAX-DTW-DCA and SDC TO LAX-JFK-DCA) Despite all the bad things about reward tickets at DL, their benefits and policies work for the customer. If there wasn't times I need to fly OW I would never have started flying AA at all.
