Is there a way I can find out the current promotions, and when the start and end dates are for Hiltons promotions throughout the year?

Seems like they have quarterly promotions but when does Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4 begin and end?

And where can I find out where those promotions are and what were ones in the past ?
