The consumer phone numbers and online chat will get you the usual dingbats in the Philippines who are script reading and frankly don't give a crap.

If the moderators don't object, I can post the phone number to the XM Dealer Services line which will get you a US based call agent with a little more experience and ability to help with simple things .....like canceling service.
