Trying to log on my account today to see if I can do bill pay as usual.
I noticed that all my previous stored payee were erased. When I try to type in Chase, American express ... etc, it no longer automatically pulled up their addresses. It seems that I now have to manually add the credit card's address for it to be paid...
I wonder what's going on. Is this because they now have a slightly new interface?
