The usual method is to go to the lounge, freshen up, have breakfast, deposit any hand luggage that you do not want to carry around with you all day in the luggage boxes in the lounge and then take the lift down one floor and go back through security. Then follow the arrivals signs. Remember to look for the QR Premium arrivals lounge in Immigration.
If you have at least seven days to your arrival you can maybe use the new Free 96 hour Tourist visa. See
