EXP and GOLD on same PNR are waitlisted for SWU upgrade (international) C class - I wonder if the Angels at the AC can fix it like they can for comp upgrades. That is associate the EXP status on the Gold to position them just below the EXP?

Obviously, when fixed this will be the case. Seems like only real experienced agents know how to fix it - the contract employees do not.
