"Best"/Easiest/Cheapest Country to Originate DONE0X
Since CAI is on hold, any thoughts on "best" place to originate DONE04?

MPM seems difficult to transit with Visa ($5744 DONE05)
JNB more expensive now $7,421 for DONE05)
NRT looking better ($6,690 DONE04)
AMM $7,221 DONE04

Have all OW carriers suspended ex-CAI tickets?
