I don't think there's ever a big enough convention in Oakland for that.

The entire bay area books up during the massive SF events though. So my guess is we're talking about Dreamforce or OpenWorld or something like that.

As noted previously, there is no Oakland Airport Marriott. I assume OP's referring either to the Courtyard at the airport or the Marriott downtown.
