I am receiving an error message when applying for this card. It stays on the "Please wait while the system is processing your request.." page for a few minute and then eventually errors out. Has anyone else run into this? I've tried it with 3 times on 2 different browsers.
The error message is: "An error occurred in the application. Please try again."
