Did you follow the link? It is "Four Points by Sheraton" and it was re-flagged Sept.1 (hence the large graphic "9/1 ReBRAND OPEN and the "Four Points by Sheraton" all over the page).
It looks to have a delay in SPG participation, for some contractual/legal reason, but to say it hasn't been re-flagged is not correct, unless you have a different definition than
oftentimes the new owners of the hotel determine to complete a hotel reflagging. This basically implies that the hotel undergoes a name transform.
