This is incorrect. The postcard option simply gives you 36 entries in the drawing at the end of the promotion. It's all spelled out on the
Quest For Rewards page of the TR website. Scroll to the bottom where it says Terms and Conditions. Click "here" and go to page 4 or 5 of the .pdf.
To get the bonus tier credits you physically have to visit each of the 36 casinos and earn 25 tier credits in one gaming day at each.
