BTW, for those connecting from international flights, I just arrived CDG-JFK, connecting JFK-BOS, and made it from the door of the plane to a seat in the Flagship Lounge -- i.e, the walk to immigration, clearing immigration with GE, exiting customs, making my way upstairs to the departure level, clearing security via the pre-check line -- in about 20 minutes. And while this cannot always be guaranteed -- reclearing security typically is where one might find delays -- I find that this is very consistent with my experience at JFK.
Immigration would be another potential cause for delay if without Global Entry...
