Restricted or is this a "normal" cancellation?

Just received this email:

Mr/Ms. XXXX,

The order placed through Giftcardmall.com, has been cancelled. Unfortunately the order was not approved by our security screening process, and as a result, the gift card will not be shipped. No funds were collected from your credit or debit card for this order.

We consider online security, which protects both our customers as well as our company, to be a top priority. Our goal is to make our customers smile, which is why we are so sorry to have disappointed you!

Any thoughts? Should I just resubmit with new CC? I have been buying this same order with them for months. I jumped on the 5back deal one time, 3x500, with different card and different email. I also recently had a card arrive unactivated so I had to have that escalated to activation team. Am I done?
