Maybe it's just my imagination, but I've always noticed the row behind c+, at least on some planes, seems to have the same leg room as c+ (but not the recline).
And this is my quandary. Because I'm not a recline person, but I am a leg crosser. And it's much easier on an aisle. But it sounds like C+ on the window should be my goal. Just hate stepping over people.
