I was curious about this and tried the Uber Fare estimator and it shows you can do this trip for €55 with UberX. I guess as long as the car and driver are insured for Austria, why not? Also the car would need an Austria vignette as I recall from when I made that drive. Many thousands of cars cross that border every day.
