You might want to mix the berry wines with things like the peach, apple, etc. But mulling spices are similar to those used in most cobblers, even berry cobblers, so I think they would still be a fit with berry wines.
I could see the blueberry one working well like this. I have had blueberry cinnamon combination before and it actually tastes pretty good. It is not super strong blueberry flavor.
