Only things that counts for PQDs
-- flight fares -- meaning another flight beore the end of the year
-- E+ access fees -- which you can not do as a Gold.
-- upfares -- taking an existing trip and paying to purchase a higher fare. Unfortunately unless you are changing cabins also, you may have to pay a change fee (which does not earn PQDs).
Other options would be to get a PQD waiver -- either by having a $25K spend on Chase MP Credit Cards or by have non-domestic MP mailing address (and documentation to support non-domestic residence).
