The FAA terminology was changed from "Position and hold" to ICAO-standard "Line up and wait" on
30 SEP 2010. Use of the older phrase is no longer considered correct by the FAA.
And we never used "cleared" in that clearance, just RWYXX position and hold. Too much danger that the pilot will hear cleared and go.
