Yes, it does show "ticketed". Eventually, I rang them and an agent confirmed I could cancel it with a full refund. I got a document(?) number from the agent and did the refund request online, but the website says "subject to review". Is it likely that I won't get a full refund? I need to make another booking, I dont know what to do...
The change costs me another 250 pounds, which is almost half the original ticket price, so I decided to cancel it and make a new booking with a bit different routing.
