I cannot find a press release mentioning this. The blog article is confusing because it mentions calling the Platinum
concierge to book, but the American Express spokesperson refers to
travel counselors and Relationship Managers . I would not call the concierge, nor would I call American Express Travel (outsourced to Orbitz). I would call Platinum Travel Service, but that's only a guess.
Can you please tell me their number?
If you're not comfortable posting it, where do I find it? I logged into my account (I've the personal Amex Platinum), and I see the number for the concierge for example, but nothing specific to Platinum Travel Service.
