I think you may be asking or answering a question here based on responses to the previous M&B! Since the re-launch, the account closure period for inactivity has moved from two years as a Blue to four years flat irrespective of starting level.
If you have moved from Gold to Silver to Blue, but have still been crediting, you may still have anything up to four years remaining. If you haven't credited at all and have been successively soft-landing, you'll have four years from your last (flight) credit.
