Laptop boxes are not generally air tight; unless Apple does something very weird with their boxes, that's true for Apple packaging as well. The packaging should dampen air exchange a bit and I would not worry about a TON of condensation (like you'd see on a soda can on a hot day) and warmed spaces in cold weather tend to be heated and relatively low humidity.

As others have said, just allow it to come up to room temperature gradually before actually operating it and you should be fine.
