Instruct you to insert your passport face down (when you really need to insert it face up); and
List Northwest Airlines and Continental Airlines as options for frequent flyer numbers (but list neither Delta nor Etihad)?
There's all sorts going on at the moment (in a nutshell: the recent switch-over to Sabre has gone terribly wrong) hence I'd not be surprised if that was the case (and I'm sure it wasn't just you!).
