Hi everyone,
Tried to find this information online but it's impossible.
Would anyone knows in which booking class the youth fare books into ?
I am Gold with Etihad Guest and I am trying to see if I should stop in Rome to fly Alitalia instead of a direct flight to Paris (cheaper to fly to Rome).
Thank you everyone.

Olbia, Sardinia
Did Alitalia cease operations to/from Olbia? I had been tracking their prices and all of a sudden today I realized I couldn't buy a ticket. Looked into OLB airport operations and Flightaware and there are no flights into or out of OLB... Did they cancel the route?

Question regarding BOS to FCO
Thank you for this thread.
In trying to plan a trip from Boston to Rome it looks like Alitalia has sold out premium Economy seats for months relative to their direct flight.
Have i misunderstood what I'm seeing on the web page? Is the term sold out meant to say that the equipment doesn't have that class of service?
Or was there a significant sale I missed.
I apologize if this is an inappropriate post.
Thanks,
RonD

Reservation but no e-ticket generation
Hello everyone,
I was trying to book a trip from Amsterdam to Brindisi through Alitalia. I proceeded till the transaction page, when the transaction was completed, I got an error message.I confirmed from the bank that the transaction has been done. Later on after contacting customer care multiple times, they told that they had some issues in their website, I got from them that reservation has been done but e-ticket is not generated and I should wait for that. I booked this flight on 14th May, 2019 and from that time I am following them through emails and phone but I always get the same answer that I should wait for the e-ticket. The travel date is 12th June, 2019 and it's just one week left, so I am a bit anxious now.
Has anyone experienced similar situation? What options do I have?
Thank you in advance for your help.

I have never flown Alitalia before, but am now planning a trip in which Alitalia looks to be the best to fly with (Catania to Rome: CTA-FCO). Thinking that being a member of MilleMiglia would be useful, I have been trying to register with no luck. I use their English website with my location in the U.S.
When I hit the last button after entering all registration information (this is after I receive an email from them with the security code to continue with registration and accepting their terms), I am redirected to top of a blank registration page. If I try to log in, the user name and password I set up don't work, and I receive an error message about incorrect credentials. Any suggestions on how to proceed would be much appreciated.
Because of above, I am a bit hesitant about purchasing a ticket from their website.

Cicimo: I had the same issue with the browser I normally use, which also has a few ad & script-blocking extensions and security settings. I eventually got the Alitalia & MilleMiglia registration to work in a plain vanilla IE or Edge, with zero-extensions or security/privacy controls.
