About two years ago, I received a survey email from Conrad asking for feedback about my stay. I "cheekily" remarked that the elephant must have been asleep in my room during my stay bc I couldn't see/find him. Shortly after I submitted I received an email from the GM that the "elephant in the room" had been located. Two weeks later I received a package from the hotel at my office in Jakarta with 7 elephants (all different colors).
