Home from the hospital, doctor's note in hand, called UA tonight and was able to cancel the award tickets with redeposit, paid the redeposit fee, then went on the website and uploaded the doctor's note and have tracking numbers for all four canceled eTickets for the refunds of redeposit fees.

Wonder how long this will take. Thanks for the help!

Same rules applies to E+ refunds but it should automatically occur after the scheduled departure since unused.
