I'd never heard of the combination until I came across a 2011 remake of
Mildred Pierce ~ 2 1/2 years ago. Given the novel had been published 70 years before the remake.
I used to be revolted by McD's sausage and pancakes (with syrup poured over both).
Regretfully no special McD's menu items where I am. Not even poutine.
