Would a redeposit fee count as a change fee waiver request or a cancellation fee waiver request?

Thanks! We're in the process of getting the doctors verbal instructions into a note on letterhead for documentation and will contact UA as soon as we get the note from the doctor!

Also, is there any way to get E+ refunded? Or does it automatically get refunded when there is no record of a BP being issued with you in an E+ seat? (Maybe this is covered in the wiki but the wiki won't load on my phone right now).
