It is a very different location to CP City though. No matter how much refurbishment is done they cannot overcome that. I just don't see how rates for either cash or points could reach those at CP City given the vastly superior location of Blackfriars. It will be interesting to see how this plays out though.
No it will never be CP City and I can't see it trying to be either, it would be silly for them to even attempt it.
I cannot see it being left at 35k long term. Battersea is 40k and near to very little and has poor transport links in comparison to KX-Bloomsbury which is zone one and in walking distance to Kings Cross and Russell Sq and that was why I said I would be very surprised if it didn't go to at least 45k.
