Thanks for the input everyone. It seems like I'll need to plan a quick trip to Chicago to get my deep dish fix.
Am I wrong, or would a legit, sit-down deep dish place do well at O'Hare? With its passenger numbers and level of connecting traffic I would think it would make sense. Plus with all three domestic terminals connected post-security everyone could go.

Chicago style stuffed pizza from Giordano's. Not technically "deep dish", but close enough for most people, and is definitely Chicago original.
That does look good, but sadly I'm connecting on AA through Terminal 3. And don't have United Club access. Thanks though! I'll look out for it next time I'm in town.
