Most of the Air Canada very active posters probably have; but due to route network/network integration/scheduling and travel patterns, it's got its upsides for some. And

I've used CBP Preclearance a lot -- and I mainly dislike it as a passenger. For long-haul flights involving transit at bunched up times of the day for flights, it's mostly a degradation of the travel experience for me.
