Seems like Premium Economy is the sweet spot because it actually awards 100% RDM (and maybe the 10% Bonus), so the Corresponding calculated EQD ends up being quite high, especially for transpacific flights.

It looks like only full Economy fares earn 100% RDM, but those would usually exceed most Premium Economy fares. Any lower CX Economy cares don't even earn AA miles.
